As of December 1, 2023, Rosetta.ai's plans and inclusions have been upgraded. Existing users on the previous Scale plan will have no changes to service until their original subscription term ends. Please note the previous Scale plan will not be available for renewal after expiration, requiring an upgrade to the new Essential plan minimum. To upgrade early before your current term ends, please contact CS team for the support.

To understand the difference between these plans, there are some things you need to know.

Impressions Usage

The most important thing to understand about billing is impressions. An impression is every time a recommender or promotion is viewed on your site. The number of impressions plays a part in which plan will work best for you.

Each plan has a different number of allowed impressions. The Essential plan, for example, allows for 250,000 impressions a month. If your usage is 251,000 in a month which had over 100,000 impressions usage, then you will be charged extra US$ 0.5 a month for the excess impression use. To avoid paying a lot of extra fee, consider upgrading to the next plan, Professional which has up to 500,000 impressions a month.
