Change Subscription Plan

Changing Your Plan

If you’re not sure about the best plan for you, take a look at our article or contact our team.

If you know you want to change your plan, there are two places where you can do so:

  1. Click Dashboard in the left menu. In the right corner is the Your Plan section. Below your current plan is an option to Upgrade.

  2. Click Settings in the left menu and then the Plans & Billing tab. Under your current plan, click See Upgrade Options.

Both paths will open a window with all available plan options. You can change your plan level and even change the billing periods for your plan!

Upgrade Your Plan

To upgrade your plan, simply click Upgrade under the plan tier that you want. Make sure that the billing cycle is what you are looking for. Use the tab at the top to change between monthly and annual billing.

If you were on Starter monthly plan for 20 days and then upgraded to Growth monthly plan on the 10th of November, you will get charged the Starter rate for 20 days worth of time, and a new billing cycle for your Growth plan starts the date you changed the plan (10th of November). Your next Growth monthly bill will then be charged on the 11th of December.

Change your Billing Period

You can keep your plan but change if you’re billed monthly or annually, by changing tabs. Click Monthly Billing to pay every month and click Yearly Billing to pay once a year.

You will have to select the plan you want and click Upgrade to apply the change.

Note: Changes in the billing period will start after your current one is complete. For example, you have a monthly plan and decide halfway through to do the same plan with a yearly billing period. You will finish that month with the current price. The next month will start your yearly plan and you will be billed accordingly.

Subscription Currency

The subscription currency for new users from 1st December, 2023 will be set based on your chosen "Language Preference" as follows:

US Dollar (US$)

Japanese

Japanese Yen JP¥

For example, the billing currency for selecting "English" will be in "US Dollar (US$)".

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription will keep your account intact, meaning you can still view your statistics and can restore your subscription at any time.

For monthly subscription, the plan will run up until the end of the month's billing period. For yearly subscription, the plan will still run until the end of your yearly plan before it terminates.

There are two ways to access the cancel option:

  1. Click Dashboard in the left menu. In the right corner is the Your Plan section. Below your current plan is an option to Upgrade.

  2. Click Settings in the left menu and then the Plans & Billing tab. Under your current plan, click See Upgrade Options.

Both paths will open a window with all available plan options. At the bottom of the window, click Cancel Subscription. You will then be prompted to select the cancellation reason. Once done, click Yes, I want to Cancel to confirm it.

Existing Taiwan Users: If you subscribed and used Rosetta.ai services before December 1st, 2023, your current plan has a default billing currency set to US Dollars. You can keep this or switch to NT Dollar billing. To change billing currency, please check to learn the steps.
