You will be taken directly to the Dashboard upon log in to the Rosetta AI. The key metrics, usage and all Recommenders you had set will be shown on the Dashboard. In this article, we’ll give a brief overview of the sections and what they’re for.
You can see the dashboard at any time by clicking Dashboard in the left menu.
In the navigation bar at the top right corner of the page, you will find the following two tabs:
Help Center: If you encounter any difficulties while using Rosetta AI, clicking the "?" symbol will take you to the Help Center page, where contains a variety of articles about how to set the Recommenders and account-related questions.
Account
a. Account avatar: Redirect to Settings page. You can view or edit any account details, preferences, subscription plans, billings and etc.
b. Logout Button: Click on your account name, and then click "Logout" to log out of your account.
View key data indicators for Recommender for the current month, allowing you to quickly understand the sales information on your website for this month.
Total Order Value: The total value of orders for products purchased through Recommender this month, along with the number of products.
Recommender Clicks: Counts of Rosetta AI’s personalized Recommender were clicked and viewed.
Recommender Click-Through Rate (CTR): Calculated as Views / Clicks; you can also refer to this CTR and its percentage change compared to the previous month.
View Full Reports: This section primarily displays data accumulated for the current month up to the day before the viewing date. Click "View Full Reports" on the top right corner to access the comprehensive data provided by Rosetta AI, including data for different time intervals.
Reminder: It takes at least 48 hours from the beginning of each month to calculate and display the performance indicators for Recommender of the current month. You will be able to view this month's data starting from the third day of each month.
Note: The revenue information may differ from what your e-commerce platform shows. Rosetta AI calculates the revenue by "event" in GA (Google Analytics), which does not take discount, sale prices and currency conversions into account.
The system will assess the performance of your Recommender and prompt you if optimization is necessary.
Orange: When the visibility ratio of a Recommender is <50%, then you will see a message "OPTIMIZATION SUGGESTED" in orange block. You can follow the instructions to review the "Individual Recommender Performance" and refer to the reasons for optimization in the tooltip and adjust the settings for that Recommender.
When the layout type is Popup or sticky widget, it may have lower visibility (CTR) below 50% because it requires customers’ interaction to expand. If you intend the Recommender to have high visibility, you can evaluate whether to adjust the layout type of this Recommender. Otherwise, if the primary goal of this Recommender is to enhance the conversion rate of high-intent consumers, there may be no need for adjustments.
Green: When the system detects that the visibility ratio of all your Recommender is ≥ 50%, it will appear in green with the message "ALL IS WELL," indicating that your Recommenders are performing well without any errors or subpar performance.
In the bottom-left corner of the overview page, you'll find a list of all currently active Recommenders, displaying the following information:
Recommender Name
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Clicks Count of the Recommender
Visibility Ratio: Visibility is calculated based on the number of views divided by the number of impressions(number of times the page where the plugin sits has been opened).
If your ratio is high, it indicates that the placement of the Recommender on the page is optimal, and your customers are actively viewing the Recommender you've placed. Conversely, a lower ratio suggests that users may be interacting less with the Recommender you've set up, and you might consider adjusting the placement of the Recommender on the page.

You may also click "Create Now" directly to begin your journey of setting up Recommenders.
This metric section not only helps you understand the usage of Recommender instances but also predicts the total cost based on the number of Recommender impressions used on your website this month.
Recommender Impressions Percentage: This will help you check if you’re close to using all of your impressions in the graph, as well as the exact number of impressions used.
Calculation formula: Current impressions / total usage allowed by the current plan.
Your Plan: If you wish to increase the usage of Recommender instances, you can upgrade your plan at any time by clicking the Upgrade option. For more information on how to change your plan, see the article here.
Recommender Usage During This Period
Forecaster Usage + Extra cost prediction: You can also see the forecasted amount of usage and the projected total cost, which is calculated based on the current impression usage in your website. If you exceed the allowed number of Recommender impressions before the billing cycle ends, additional charges may apply. Please refer to: Plan Feature Differences and Billing Methods for more information.
