Promotions can be edited, duplicated, paused, or deleted at any time to fit your need. Read the sections below to learn how to manage your promotions.
To get to promotions, click Plugins in the left menu. Select Promotions from the dropdown menu.
This opens the Promotions page.
Depending on the status of your promotion, you will have to open a different tab:
Live Promotions - You have already published the promotion on your website.
Drafts - You saved a promotion for later review, it has not been published yet.
Templates - You saved a reusable copy of your promotion that is not published.
Archived - You have archived a promotion.
Select the appropriate tab and find the promotion name.
Select the Action dropdown to the right of a promotion name. Click Edit in the dropdown.
If you are updating a live promotion, you must click Launch Now to update the promotion on your site.
Note: You will not be able to change a promotion between a banner or a coupon type. You will have to create a new promotion. All other options can be changed with edits.
If you want to remove a live promotion from your website, you can pause it. You won’t lose any of your data by pausing a promotion.
To pause a promotion, navigate to the Live Promotions tab. Select the Action dropdown to the right of a promotion name. Click Pause in the dropdown.
The promotion will no longer appear on your website and will be moved to the Drafts tab tagged as Paused. At any time you can publish the promotion to your website again by clicking Launch.
If you have an existing promotion close to what you need now, simply duplicate the promotion. This will create a new promotion with the same setup for you to adjust as necessary before saving or launching.
To duplicate a promotion, select the Action dropdown to the right of a promotion name. Click Duplicate in the dropdown.
You can store your current banner settings as a reusable template for future campaigns. By selecting "Save as Template," the system captures the existing banner configuration, including design, content, and display settings, and saves it as a customizable template.
You can find your saved template on Templates tab and you can Edit or Duplicate Template at any time.
Live promotions can be removed from your website without losing their data by archiving them.
To archive a promotion, select the Action dropdown to the right of a promotion name. Click Archive in the dropdown.
The promotion will no longer appear on your website and will be moved to the Archived tab tagged as Archived.
At any time you can publish the promotion to your website again by clicking Action and selecting Restore from the dropdown.
If you no longer want the data associated with a promotion, you can delete it. Deleting a promotion cannot be undone. You can only delete archived promotions.
To delete a promotion, navigate to the Archived tab. Select the Action dropdown to the right of a promotion name. Click Delete in the dropdown.
The promotion creation page will open. For more information about the sections when creating a promotion, see the article . Update the desired sections.
