# Hesitant Customer Detection

AI will detect the route and flow of mouse, stopping time, the number of tabs to tell whether it's a hesitant visitor or not. Hesitant pop-up can:

1\. **Provide new discounst**: after detecting hesitant shoppers, discount information will be shown to them to speed up their shopping decision and increase conversion.

2\. **Decrease bounce rate**: to provide the information they need in the right time
