This feature is available for users with the Visionary plan and above.
Click on Analytics in the left-side menu to access Preference Analytics.
Preference Analytics is divided into two main sections: "Summary" and "All Customers Data," displaying data profiles through charts and detailed customer profiles respectively.
Visual charts and popular rankings present customer preference data directly.
Spending Amount Segmentation
This section quickly displays the total number of customers, the proportion of each spending groups, and their respective conversion rates (CVR) in a pie chart format.
Expand to View Detailed Spender Group Breakdown:
By expanding this section, you can read comparison charts for "Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)," "Average Order Value (AOV)," “Average Basket Size” and "Total Order Value" to gain deeper insights into the purchasing patterns of different spending groups. AOV is calculated as total spend amount divided by the number of orders.
Group Preferences and Top Products:
You can select and view rankings of items clicked and purchased by High-Spenders, Medium-Spenders, or Low-Spenders. You can also customize the sorting basis of the rankings by "Clicks" or "Total Sales."
In addition to the product lists, you can dive deeper into the preferences of the three spending groups through the top 5 Popular Colors, top 3 Popular Patterns, top 3 Popular Styles, and 15 Popular Attribute Tags.
Non-Spenders Group: You can grasp the number of non-spending users from Spending Amount Segmentation. You can also understand click preferences of this group from Group Preferences & Top Products to assist marketing and sales strategies in facilitating purchases.
On this page, you can explore each customer’s spending profile and complete data. Click on the GA ID in the list to see each customer spending patterns, including spending level, AOV, GMV, number of products purchased, and product preferences.

Customer’s GA ID
A unique device ID (GA4) assigned to each anonymous user on the website or mobile application.

Spending Level
Automatically groups the customers into High, Medium, and Low spending levels based on spending patterns and amounts.

AOV
The average spending amount per single transaction (revenue / orders).

GMV (Total Order Value)
The total amount of customer purchases.

Purchase
The number of products a customer has purchased.

Product & Preferences
Displays images and attribute tags of the top three products in the click count from the product list.
Clicking on GA ID or "View Details" will pop up a window to view individual customer spending patterns, including AOV, Average basket size, GMV (Total Order Value), Number of purchased items and interest product list (purchased, click counts, and recognized attribute labels).
You can filter and view data by time intervals, but please note that this analysis only collects data from May 1, 2023 onwards.
